These terms describe the RBT Prep membership, billing, cancellation, and student responsibilities.
Effective date: October 5, 2026Membership
RBT Prep is a recurring monthly membership priced at USD $49.99 unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Access begins after successful payment and continues while the membership remains active.
Recurring billing
By completing checkout, you authorize the membership charge to recur automatically each month using the saved payment method until you cancel. The applicable price and renewal terms are displayed before payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel a completed payment. Access may continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy
Payments are non-refundable except when required by applicable law. Not using the platform, forgetting to cancel, or failing an exam does not create a right to a refund. Contact us promptly if you believe a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.
Access and conduct
Access is personal and may be suspended for chargebacks, failed payments, account sharing, content theft, abusive behavior, fraud, or material violations of these terms. Study progress and availability depend on an active account and compatible internet access.
No professional guarantee
The service supports preparation but does not replace official requirements, supervision, training, or current BACB guidance. Students remain responsible for confirming eligibility and exam requirements with the appropriate official organization.
